Shipping and tracking

When will my order arrive?

We ship free to all mainland UK addresses. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days from dispatch. We dispatch same day if you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us straight away and we'll update the address. Once it's shipped, we can't change it, but we'll try to redirect if possible.

How do I track my parcel?

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you'll get an email with an Evri tracking number and a link to follow it.

Materials and product quality

 

Are your pillows good for allergy sufferers?

Yes. We use hypoallergenic hollowfibre filling, so it's kind to sensitive skin and noses.

What's the filling made of?

Our pillows are filled with high-grade hollowfibre that stays bouncy and supportive. No feathers, no latex.

Do my pillows come with a warranty?

We don't offer a formal warranty, but we stand by our work. If something's not right, email us and we'll make it right. Our returns policy has the full details.

How do I keep my pillows in good shape?

Plump them daily to keep the loft even. You can spot-clean the fabric, but don't submerge the pillow. A pillow protector helps them last longer.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a pillow if I don't like it?

You have 14 days from delivery to let us know. The pillow must be unopened with the hygiene seal intact. This is standard for all UK bedding retailers.

Who pays return postage?

If we made a mistake or the item is faulty, we cover the postage. If you've changed your mind, you pay the return cost.

How long until I get my refund?

Within 5 working days of us receiving the return. Money goes back to your original payment method and we'll email you to confirm.


Orders and payments

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. Everything is secure.

Can I cancel my order after I've paid?

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can cancel it. Email us quickly and we'll sort it. If it's already shipped, you'll need to follow the returns process once it arrives.

Is your site secure?

Yes. We use Shopify's secure checkout with SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
