Free UK delivery, always

Every order ships free to UK addresses. No minimum spend, no surprise fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, are dispatched the next business day.

How long will delivery take?

We ship using Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri depending on your location and courier availability. Delivery times vary slightly by region.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link to follow it.

A small honest note

Delivery times are usually spot on, but during busy periods it can sometimes take an extra day or two. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at silkrestuk@gmail.com and we'll look into it straight away.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.

Something missing or delayed?

We're a small team, but we take delivery problems seriously. If your tracking hasn't updated, or your parcel seems stuck, reach out. We'll chase it on your behalf and keep you posted until it's resolved.
