Free UK delivery, always

Every order ships free to mainland UK addresses. No minimum spend, no surprise fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

When will my order ship?

We dispatch orders every weekday from our Manchester workshop.

  • Order before 2pm, Monday to Friday, and we ship the same day.

  • Order after 2pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, and we ship the next working day.

How long will delivery take?

Once shipped, your parcel is delivered by Evri. It usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you'll get an email with your Evri tracking number. You can check the progress any time on the Evri website. 

A small honest note

Evri delivery times are usually spot on, but during busy periods it can sometimes take an extra day or two. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days from dispatch, email us at silkrestuk@gmail.com and we'll look into it straight away.

Where we deliver

Right now we deliver to mainland UK addresses. If you're in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or a UK island, drop us an email before ordering. We'll check if we can help and confirm any extra postage costs.

Something missing or delayed?

We're a tiny team, but we take delivery problems seriously. If your tracking hasn't updated, or your parcel seems stuck, reach out. We'll talk to Evri on your behalf and keep you posted until it's resolved.
